Talent Management Strategy Implementation_________
The project required the design, communication and implementation of a talent management framework across 5 divisions.

The challenge was to reach a consensus about the conceptual framework in an environment that had already implemented a talent programme and technology that wasn’t working. This is always more difficult than implementing in a green fields environment because the existing approach needs to be carefully “disassembled” before it can be replaced with a new one.

Selma’s ability to manage the complexity of the relationships in a diverse and geographically dispersed context was essential to the successful implementation of the new technology, which is still actively used and well embedded in across the group.
